Natural Nails With Kay, LLC is a unique waterless hand and footcare salon experience providing clients with the combination of safe sanitary services and knowledgeable medically-trained staff. We perform the highest level of infection control with autoclave sterilization, implement medical grade sanitation practices, and use personal protection equipment to insure the health and safety of each client or resident in our community. Natural Nails With Kay, LLC also provides services to individuals who suffer from chronic health conditions (such as: diabetes, lymphoma, etc..) that may inhibit them from receiving proper nail care services from a traditional salon.  Services We Offer

      All services are provided within the Scope of Practice and will be handled with the upmost care and concern.

   We offer waterless manicures and pedicures along with aesthetic treatments to help with routine nail care.


Please Note: We do not remove ingrowns or treat large ulcerated calluses on the bottom of feet.

 At this time, we do not accept insurance coverage for any service(s) provided.


Questions and Answers



Q: What are your safety precautions to prevent the spread COVID-19 at your salon?

A: We take our clients and our health very seriously. We wash our hands before putting on gloves and after each service. All purchased gloves, masks, and manicure kits are disposable and thrown away after each client.

 

Q: How do you clean and sterilize your implements?

A: We wash the implements free from debris then soak them in medical grade solution before autoclave sterilization.

Q: What type of products do you use in your service and are they gentle on sensitive skin?

A: All products used during service(s) are gentle enough for all skin types, however, if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients they will not be used during your service(s).


Q: What happens if I have to cancel?

A: If you should have to cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled service, we are required to charge a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee.


Q: Do you provide mobile services for clients who are unable drive go to the salon?

A: Mobile services are coming soon, starting with North Atlanta cities only. Service(s) are subjected to additional travel fees and convenience fees.



Q: Do you require a deposit before booking an appointment?

A: A deposit is not required at the nail salon, however, mobile services may require a deposit to hold an appointment.
